Established in 1999, Pinehurst Developments was founded to provide quality homes by always building with care and putting the homeowner first - for every detail. As CEO, Todd Ching had a vision of what Pinehurst could be. Today, Pinehurst has a staff of four professionals and a comfortable environment where clients can turn their visions into reality.

Todd Ching, CET CEO, is a Certified Engineering Technician with a love for design and details. Todd has more than 16 years experience in engineering, design, and construction. Todd’s passion is bringing customers dreams into reality.

Mike Cheverie, Site Supervisor, Mike has six years experience in residential construction. He has a diploma in civil engineering technology along with carpenter training.  As site supervisor Mike helps aid in the quality and efficiency of onsite operations for Pinehurst homes.

Mark Monette, C.A. Office Controller, Mark, together with an administrative assistant, has been Pinehurst’s Controller for more than six years.
